Lead times, deliveries, and how pre-orders work.

Mondial Relay Delivery & Free delivery from 65€

To qualify for free delivery to a Mondial Relay Point Relais, your order total must be at least €65.

During checkout, select the "Pickup Point" tab to choose your desired Point Relais.

If you remain on the "Ship" tab, delivery will be made to the address provided and Point Relais options will not be available.

Delivery of in-stock items

Items indicated as in stock are shipped quickly.

Delivery is generally made within 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders are grouped and processed on the 1st of each month.

From this date, delivery takes approximately 4 to 5 weeks.

In the case of a mixed order (in-stock item + pre-order item), the entire order is processed according to the pre-order timeline.

This allows the order to be shipped in a single consignment.

This process enables more controlled and responsible production.

Pre-order Schedule

Example timeline:

An order placed on March 12th will be processed on April 1st.

Delivery is then estimated between early and mid-May.
